The filter body is strong, durable, and resistant to UV, Pressure and Impact. Specially, inner core of filter is made of plastic discs. They can be separately used or for second-stage filter station. Particularly, a number of round discs are overlapped and locked to form a cylindrical filter unit. There are also slanted rills distributed in both sides of each disc. Besides, when these two discs are tightly pressed, interlaced rills from the filter unites. Thus, organic and inorganic impurities in water are blocked outside of filter unit, and clear water flows out after filtration. Basically, it is used for filtration in micro irrigation system, which can effectively eliminate sediment and microorganisms brought by water flow. Specifically, disc clean irrigation filter mesh size is 100 microns. Moreover, this filter is installed between the irrigation valve and drip regulator to protect drip emitters from rust, sand and other impurities that may clog them. In fact, disc can be easily removed for cleaning by unscrewing the threaded.
