The speedy stitcher thread was exactly what I expected. But what impressed me was the service. I ordered during some really bad weather and my order did not show up as being shipped. The customer service people went to great lengths to determine that, yes the package made it to the post office, and yes it was on its way. Thank you for great service and good products!
