Crab – Jonah Clusters

Description Similar to Dungeness crabs, Jonah crabs are oval shaped .  In contrast, Jonah crabs have bigger claws than Dungeness crabs. The clusters have flaky, white meat that is mild in flavor with a sweet finish. Fisherman catch Jonah crabs year-round in the North Atlantic. Product Preparation Heat and serve. Customers can try with warm, butter garlic sauce for a savory punch.
